hi Ton,

heard about this before but picked it up on message boards today. I do not have
much information on this but I understand that banks and larger brokers would
not have to pay it, so they just want to kill the little man? Also I do not
know if this applies for stocks only? But if this becomes law then for me it
will be better to get my money back to Europe as well. I would loose all the
advantage of lower commision. I hope they stop this.

rgds, Ed

Please do not show this document in Europe, Ed. Particularly not in Belgium
...

  Thanks, Ton.

better invest our time in developing a crystal ball instead of a trading
system?
