IMO, this would be very helpful (but at the chart level, not the pane
level).
Conceptually, logically, operationally, this would solve most issues,
I think.
I can see though that SetOption("BlankPixels",n) would also be
desirable for those who want to build "dashboards" on the
righthand-side of the chart without interfering with the price bars
themselves. In this case, the chart bars could be zoomed but the
dashboard would remain constant. Quite desirable this, IMO.
Again though, this would need to be a chart-level feature.
