[amibroker] Ready-to-use-data

I'm trying to import Amibrokers "ready-to-use" symbol data and have
had no luck. I click on it and it shows up on my firefox browser
window. I can't get it from there to the list to which I want to
import it. I've tried searching on this forum but I'm always told it's
busy. I've traded messages with support for several days now and for
some reason we don't seem to be talking about the same thing. It could
be my fault,but it's been at least 3 days. Any advice. Thanks
