It seems something bind to TWS 892 March2009 ( or its *.dll because I got an error messagge). When I switched to another computer TWS build Oct2008 it was backfilling OK. I suspect I have had too many open windows in TWS or alike. After I have copied settings from old TWS to new TWS backfilling is working fine.
