I haven't noticed it because I am not a power user, or into speed, so this is 
not my area of speciality.

I couldn't resist following your logic flow so I am now where you are ... 
stranded until someone who knows what they are talking about comes to rescue us.

(I did forget to mention that since you have "0" as your refresh AND your hands 
off the wheel AND few ticks coming in your should be on idle).
