[amibroker] "ApplyTo" function - can it be used in an Explore as a pre-filter ?

I see that Automatic Analysis has an "ApplyTo" function which essentially is 
the pre-filter to any code being run. Can ApplyTo be coded into an Explore at 
the very beginning ?
