It should be Control Panel -> Screen, "Settings" tab,
then "Advanced" button, then "Screen" : DPI change
from Normal size 96dpi to 120 dpi.

but restarting AmiBroker didn't do the trick and neither did restarting my
computer. See my Symbols tab font-size (increased):
but the AA Fonts looks the same to me:
Is this working for anyone? Or is the column header change so small that i
miss it?

A very smart woman :-) because while that setting changes the window
headers it doesn't change the font size of the column headers for me. It does
so for other floating windows, like the Symbols window headers, but not the AA
results window.
How does one apply it to the AA results window?

BUT, since he mentioned that he could read the column heading
after sorting I figured that what he really needed to do is widen the column so
the text obscured by the arrow indicating the column was sorted.

Actually - you can make it taller.
All programs in Windows use same font for the UI.
Go to Windows Control Panel, Screen settings
"Appreance" tab, then "Font size" and change it
from Normal to Large.
