If I understand you correctly, you can just leave today's data intact and tomorrow, bring in the new data as often as you like (it will overwrite the previous import) so that all your indicators will work just as if you hand the next day's data. After a suitable delay from closing you can download the EOD data for the day and it will overwrite the previous data for that day so that you again have only EOD data.
