Hi Warren, I don't know anybody who does "automated trades" without some sort of manual supervision. However, AB is the best value product I've seen for auto execution.
The option where AB notifies you by phone is certainly a safer option. Some brokerages will do this for you for a nominal fee per call - here in australia it can be done for AUD$0.22 per SMS, less per email. Making money trading with AB? Yes I am but I was making money before getting AB. AB does streamline the process though, and is providing more insights and possibilities. Hope this helps.
