[amibroker] Can't save changes to parameters

When I change a parameter such as a 15 MA to a 200 MA, amibroker will not keep 
those changes when I restart my Windows machine. I have tried right clicking 
and saving as a template (.chart) file, but nothing seems to work. It will save 
the layout, but not the new parameter changes.
Anyone else run into this problem?
