And some guys told me about their "poor man`s application procedure": Apply, get approval. Complete and send the deposit notification on a sum above 10k. NOW complete and send a SECOND deposit notification an your wished sum i.e. 5k. TRANSFER those 5k, cancel FIRST notification! Used to work with sums down to 1k!
