First, I'd like to thank Tomasz for a great product!! Ok, I've been playing with the unregistered version for about a week and yesterday purchased AMIBroker Professional and AMIQuote.
One of the first things i wanted to do was set up the markets and sectors correctly, filled with their respective stocks. So I went to this page http://www.amibroker.com/docs/ab305.html "How to set up complete US stocks...". I downloaded the zip and extracted it into C:\amibroker as instructed. I did file\open database\US-Stocks. At this point (I guess) the symbol tree should have been filled out to where I could expand the markets/sectors etc and view the lists of symbols. However, all the items in the symbol tab were empty. I also downloaded the "nasdaq.tls" file and placed it under AmiQuote along with the other .tls files. However, this makes no difference and the file appears not to be seen. Thoughts and ideas? Thanks Phil
