Makes no sense. "Include current values" idea means actually do not compress 
timeframe at all.

Such functionality already exists in the form of functions
ValueWhen( boundary_bar, array ) - gives "open"
HighestSince( boundary_bar, array ) - gives "high"
LowestSince( boundary_bar, array ) - gives "low"

"Last" of course is last - does not require any processing in case of "include 
current values" idea.
