I don't understand if you have data in 10M intervals that you are trying to 
import or are you trying to display 10M bars.

As has been already posted, you can only use the periodicities you listed as 
the base interval (e.g. to store the data in) of the DB. Once you have a DB 
established, you can build bars of pretty much any type.

the reference manual for 5.20 states:

1-, 5-, 15- minute, hourly Intraday charting/backtesting/scanning

so that would be a big fat "no"
