My policy in such cases is to ask my credit card company to not pay the bill. They may want the request in writing, but I find the satisfaction is more than worth the trouble.

My own policy is not to pay for services I have discontinued, but unfortunately this is difficult to do with people who have had your credit card number for 6 years.

I wanted those of you planning to sign up with DTN, current customers, and those of you considering a change to be aware of this "policy".
