Sorry, I read again your question. I misunderstood the issue.
You click a first time and a vertical black quote line appears. Then when you clic twice very quickly, a vertical red line and in another place a vertical green line is displayed. They look like a putter and it's rather tricky to remove...except with CTRL F12.
