All FX quotes are cooked up by the broker where your trading account is. Similar to bonds, there is no central location where pricing is published. So if you found 'free' quotes, they would not be the same prices you would pay.
For a while there were these breathless ads on TV that were saying how you could trade FX for NO COMMISSION ! The true cost was more like $50 per side.
