Hello, In addition to what TJ wrote I would suggest checking varies settings in Windows Microsoft looking for updates and applying them and anti virus programs doing same. On my trading computer I have all turned off and do not roam the net.
Clue: does this happen on weekends or same time of day? To answer your question no problems here.
