Hello,
This window stays as long as previous plugin (from previously loaded
database) did not end shut down phase
or current plugin (from database being opened) did not complete
initialization phase.
It should close automatically as soon as either shutdown or
initialization is complete.
It was added because certain plugins took longer than few seconds and it
could lead
to false warning from Windows saying that "program is not responding".
If it does not disappear automatically it means that it does not work
properly.
Please report WINDOWS VERSION you are using, and name of the plugin of
previously loaded database (if any) and name of the plugin of database
being loaded.
