This moditifed code allows you to select the colors:

OTHERCOLOR = ParamColor("Out of Range Color", colorBlue);

Color = IIf( range < UL AND range >= LL , RANGECOLOR, OTHERCOLOR);
Plot( Close, "Close", Color, styleBar );
