I can no longer click on and view chart.png via Outlook 2003.  Can anyone help?

I am in AmiBroker and Send by Email chart.png.  I use Outlook 2003 to manage / 
view emails, so chart.png is sent via my Outlook 2003.  I go to my email Sent 
folder to view the attachment after getting a phone call from a friend to go 
over the chart.  It looks like Internet Explorer tries to open chart.png after 
I click on Open in the Open, Save, or Cancel window, but then the Open, Save or 
Cancel window comes up again and the file does not open.  I can only save to my 
harddrive and then open via Internet Explorer.

I have View option via Windows Explorer set to Internet Explorer for png files.

Even when I open Windows Explorer and click to open chart.png it tries to open 
in Internet Explorer but fails coming back to Open, Save or Cancel window.

The only way that I can now view the chart is to open the file when in Internet 
Explorer after saving the file to my hard drive.

I just want to click on the attachment to the email and view the chart. 

Can someone help?
