Without closing AB, I backed up the entire AB directory. Then after closing AB and restarting it, sure enough the window was gone. So I closed AB and then restored the backup I made. After starting AB again, my missing Window with all of my studies was there. Don't know if this will work with your Watchlist, but if you have not closed AB yet you might try it. TJ or Marcin might pop in here with their wisdom.
