hi, i read some are using this editor for afl files. I have a question for the users about adding the user defined highlights.
I installed Notepad ++ on a Windows 7, 64 bits machine and find a file lang.xml where all the highlight of various languages are defined. Is this the file where you add the highlight instructions given in the Amibroker Library? Windows 7 will not allow me to write to this file or I have to log on as the Administrator again. So i found an example here: http://timlaqua.com/2009/03/notepad-user-defined-language-file-for-mdx-syntax-highlighting/ this person saves the instruction in a file called userDefineLang.xml This I did however after a restart of Notepad it will not recognize it. Anybody did this on a Windows 7 machine? thanks, Ed
