Many screen recorders have a timer setting allowing you to take pictures at
selected time intervals. For example SnagIt, Gadwin PrintScreen
Professional. As an alternative you can write/record simple macros using
macro recorder programs such as AutoHotkeys, AutoIt, Phrase Express. The
biggest problem using macro recorders is that you have mostly empirically
(by trial and error determine delays between the individual macro steps
(even in macro recorders that supposedly wait until a certain screen pops up
before continuing with the next steps that is still a problem).

Hi asit,

Why not just use the Bar Replay feature? Go to Tools-> Bar Replay and
select the from and to periods, the step interval and the speed. Note that
speed is steps/second, so if you want to go slower, you have to enter Speed
in decimals. Of course you can pause at any point as well.

And should you require actual snapshots (e.g., for printing), then Bar
Replay would work as well with you pausing and taking a screen shot
whenever. FWIW, this might use less resources during the trading day as
well plus you can do this on multiple symbols which you might not have been
watching intraday.
