I am not a PC or software expert here. I am seeking help from the Amibroker @yahoogroups. I would like to know has anyone encountered such problems. I trades Futures Contract with Interactive Brokers (IB) account. In IB, the API has been set to IP Addresses - 127.0.0.1 and the Port is 7496 which is the same for Amibroker (under Database Setting). No matter how many time, I do a backfill, the Forex Futures still have Truncated information while the Asian Index Futures does not have any truncation. Pls see attached for Forex & Asian Index Futures contracts. In the past when I encountered such problem, I took my PC to be reformatted at a PC shop. Then the problem were totally solved. But to resolve this problem this time, I am thinking whether is there another alternative besides reformatting the hard disk? On one occasion, I found out the problem was I download a Free Clock Software which has been interrupting with Amibroker's running which make the Forex Futures data truncated. On another occasion, I found out that I cannot run Chartnexus which has Latest Java Script along with Interactive Brokers (that run on Lower Java Script - Java RE 6 Update 7). Pls advice me what I should do next? I appreciate all the help I can from Amibroker Yahoo Groups or Programmers. Thanks & best Regards, Abe
