All,

Please ignore my comment below about the load factor changing with the final 
release -- it does not.  I figured out that my load factor varies during the 
day depending on the details of the chart.  I am doing come complex 
calculations that get more or less intense depending on the patterns showing up 
in the chart.  My load factor is now around 900 at this point in the day.  The 
popups have stopped for the moment -- until the charts change patterns again.  
I still want to banish the popup though.
