I am using Vista business with 4GB RAM, and 2 Intel Zeon cores, AT&T U-Verse
(quite fast), and am getting a lot of throttling in IB, as well as .NET popups
after my 5.20 version crashes (simply quits). This type of performance does
not bode well for intraday trading, when there absolutely can't be hangups or
exceptions thrown resulting in crashes.

Should I re-install, upgrade to 5.30 ($$$), or what. (I apologize -- I don't
know the history of crash protection in 5.20.). Is 5.30 much more stable than
5.20? Also why are there no crash protection e-mail popups thrown before the
.NET debugger appears?
