We had a very unusual event on Thursday last week.  My AQ download from Yahoo 
had many tickers (hundreds? !) with a Low price of zero.  Whereas Google showed 
different values on a few that I checked.  

Meanwhile, the exchanges were busting trades.  That process had the potential 
to change the OHLC values for trades that previously existed but now don't.  It 
may be ? ? that you were downloading during a time when the data service 
feeding MSN was correcting prices.
