As long as you can digitize your data it can be analyzed with mathematics.

 

That your anxiety level increased with too much information is not at all
unusual. There is the related white jacket syndrome. A patient  can be calm
while waiting to see a medical person, as soon as they are near one, they
get very anxious, and  their  blood pressure goes up. Some of the better Drs
and nurses have learned to spot this. 

 

Just check your weight less frequently and watch your intake and exercise
regularly.

Hey that's right. I used to plot my body weight in Amibroker for a few
months. Used bollinger bands to see if I was "overfed" or "overstarved".
Noticed that whenever my weight got much below the bb (overstarved) it
tended to bounced back rapidly to overfed.

PS Finally I couldn't take the stress any longer, stopped tracking my weight
in Amibroker and promptly gained back 10 pounds. :-(
