Found it... this seems to be a Win7 feature...
On the Decktop/Properties/WindowColor there is a checkbox with a default of transparent. If you uncheck that, the Title Bar in your application will become (mostly) opaque and you can read the Company symbol and full name in AB. W7 takes over like this for most of my applications.
