btw... one further question. Obviously with trading computers on all day - 
almost every day - and with energy prices these days being significant, it 
makes sense in building a system to have one eye on this. I have heard 
anecdotally that graphics cards are the real power hogs...? Is there such a 
thing as an energy efficient graphics card option...?

Also, any recommendations on 24 inch monitors...?
