Hello,

It is not intended as a method to refresh RT charts when trades are made, 
because charts refresh automatically
on new quotes.

The reason for RequestTimedRefresh is to refresh charts (in fact to run your 
formulas) when quotes DO NOT arrive
(for example to detect halt in trading).
