[amibroker] MOBO

Has anyone ever heard of or used the MOBO indicator?  I think it stands for
MOmentum BreakOut.  ThinkorSwim has a built in, non-disclosed indicator
named DPO_MOBO that looks interesting.  Has anyone come across this or tried
some kind of home brew.
