If you somehow managed to open a query window to yourself (ie: sent your
self a /MSG) then pressed the "I" button, you are ignoring yourself. This
will prevent the Lag-O-Meter from functioning properly. Clear the Ignore
setting and restart AmIRC. Should take care of the problem.
