Just specify the mask with a * instead of the x.
ie
*!*[EMAIL PROTECTED]*
as opposed to
*!*abruno@*.isp.domain.country
the * is a wildcard
with numeric IP no.s the last section is the bit that will change, whereas
with hostnames the first bit will usually change.
