I ask for this already :) Get address from irc server.. not from
your machine.. TIADCC was used because Grapevine and its external dcc
programs supported this long ago. You could just get your IP with a little
script and then set then ENV.. many did that at the time.. Why would
you need to change the ENV? Just have the router route 10 ports to each
machine.. then set TIADCC on each machine to use that group of ports..
