Because I am dealing with people in a WinDOZE world who do not know any
better, and it took me a while to determine that was the problem.  It is
a legal character for nicks, and apparently for WinDOZE filenames.

I am simply asking the AmIRC authors to trap the character better, and
perhaps convert illegal characters in filenames to legal characters
(because of the nature of the error, I cannot even do that manually via
dcc rename).
