There is a MimePrefs program that comes with Amirc. Run that, and click
on save, and it should write the mime.prefs to envarc:, and env: and then
it should work from the menu item in Amirc. Env: is just a special
directory in RAM: for keeping configuration settings, and envarc: is the
correspondinc copy that is stored on disk. If you change the MIME setting
using the GUI in Amirc or the Mimeprefs program, it will automatically
update both copies.
