For MagicWB, yes - in fact, I mentioned that as an offtopic note in an
earlier reply (Although, at least the author of MagicWB eventually told us
that he wasn't going to develop it anymore if he didn't get enough
registrations)

And since no one but testers can do anything about it, the program is
going on 4 years or so since the last public release
