Sorry I accidentally hit send... Never mail when tired =) AmIRC is (C) 1995-> by Oliver Wagner (and Jamie van den Berge that joined later on) X-Chat is (c) 1998-> by Peter Zelezny. Earlier X-Chat docs actually mentioned AmIRC afair... And the freshmeat entry for X-Chat says: "GTK+ based IRC client, similar to AmIRC (Amiga)."
