I seem to be having problems receiving files via DCC from some versions of mIRC. When I start receiving tthe file the download stalls after a time and when I try a resume the download stalls again and no bytes are sent. I've tried various versions of AmIRC and they all have the same problem. Two of the versions of mIRC I've had the problem with are mIRC 5.91 and 6.01.
