Someone recently posted how to set up a sound wave when you receive a mail, using filters. I tried it and it works! 2 problems though :( 1. You get it with EVERY mail unless you filter for only certain messages. If you get 200 emails in 1 go, that's a lot of "you got mail"! If you filter, you don't get advised every time. 2.
