Well, like you said, when joining several channels when connecting, it happens more often. But also when clearing windows, one after the other in general, if doing it fast after another. However this might just as well be a MUI bug I think. Like when clearing channel 1,2,3,4&5 then channel 6 can't be cleared unless writing /clear. But if I go back and clear some more with RCommand+z in one of the previous channels, and then go back to channel 6 and try there, then it works.
