I'm not 100% sure what you mean but here are two likely answers your looking 
for.

If you want to unignore a user from the text input, the command is /unignore
if you typed /ignore idiot

to unginore user "idiot" type /unignore idiot

Type /ignore to get your ignore list.
It might say *!*user@*.some.isp.com is ignored.

so you type /unignore *!*user@*.some.isp.com

If you meant you want to ingore someones private messages, but not what they 
see in the channel, you can type /ignore x PRIVMSG

where x is, their nickname, or their hostmask.
