[amirc] undernet new modes

* Users can now /mode +x for host hiding. This will show 
[EMAIL PROTECTED] ie) Nick is [EMAIL PROTECTED]

this doesnt seem to wirj with AmIRC, but the other modes do.. anyone got any ideas?
