Hi Steve (and the group), If you can find one... IMHO the Millen units are very good and can be built into a rack easily. And some mount in the PLACE of 2" square meters like the Millen# 90901.
Some model#'s to keep your eyes open for are: 90901 (of course:), 90952, and the 90952 that has it's own cabinet. Also the P-4-2 and P-4E-2 are laboratory grade units with cabinets. These are 50-60's vintage so depending on the era of your BA's, just might match pretty good. The older RCA's are fairly good, HP is popular, the older GE's, and the Waterman brand was VERY good (imho) IF you can find one... I hope to someday find a Waterman S-12-A RakScope to install in my planned AM rack... I've heard Mike (KO6NM (No Money)) talk about scopes on 3870 often, if you have ANY rig that can get on there, you might ask him... He's a ex-Broadcast Engineer (maybe still)... Best of Luck! 73 - Bruce On Tue, 9 Jul 2002 [EMAIL PROTECTED] wrote: > I am on my way in putting together a station to get on > the air AM.
