Hi Steve, You did get it. We are all in the un-organized militia (We the People). "Regulated" as used in the Second Amendment means trained and proficient in the use of arms. The Bill of Rights is for individuals, not the government. Eventually, this will be the unintended consequence of our elected officials failing to uphold the oath that they all took, "to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States of America. Their failure to uphold their oath, is what is causing the government to continue on its course of tyranny.
