The CW activity is from the CQ WorldWide DX CW contest this weekend. Why they are up to 29.0 is pretty unreal...if so. Normally during the other DX SSB contests I do hear the contesters up into or near the AM portion. Yesterday the CW contesters were pretty much down around 28.0 to not quite 28.2.
