Gosh, seems like a strange set of alternatives, 250 watts of dissapation 
total on one hand Vs. 2000 W on the other.   Also, why two 4-1000s?   One of 
these jugs alone can handle twice the legal limit even in Canada.   Gets cold 
up there, though, so maybe double duty as a shack heater........?
