Hi Ron, These are the rectifiers (hard to find / $$) - pull out the chassis, I bet you find silicon diodes tacked across the tube pins.
What ya really need is a manual. Super on-line resource: http://www.r-390a.net/ Manuals, hints, everything you need to get it going! Have fun. 73, Bill ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Bill Coleman N2BC http://home.stny.rr.com/n2bc ----- Original Message ----- From: "Ron Samchuk" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: <[email protected]> Sent: Wednesday, April 16, 2003 12:16 AM Subject: [AMRadio] R 390A question I just picked up the R 390A. I have audio, but no signals coming through. Unfortunately, no manual. I see two 9 pin tube sockets underneath with no tubes present..... what tubes go there? Any other suggestions appreciated.
